*Review* Aimee Raupp Beauty

Well, it has been a few months since I received the samples of Aimee Raupp Beauty products, and I must say I LOVE them. I got to try all of these products.

The Organic Belly Butter is amazing. Before I got this stuff, I was using Mama Bee (by Burt's Bees), and while I like the Mama Bee, it's more of a lotion than a butter. The thickness of the Aimee Raupp Belly Butter is awesome. I believe the base is coconut oil, which means it is super easy to get to a nice consistency. By the time I started using it, I was past 7 months pregnant and had a nice and huge pregnant belly, with lots of stretch marks. If I didn't lotion daily I would get super itchy.

Sometimes with the Mama Bee, I would still get itchy even if I lotioned daily. Not so with the Belly Butter. Kyle helped me slather it on at night before bed, and I would sleep with the nice smell and an itch free belly. A little bit goes a long way with this stuff too. Being that it is made with coconut oil and shea butter, it is super moisturizing and smooooooooth as a babies bottom. The only negative thing is that you have to rub it in really well, but that isn't really a flaw in my eyes- and is the same for any oil based product.

I get super dry skin in the winter time, and have horrible ashy ankles and elbows. The Body Butter works so well on my super dry skin, and helps remove the pain of the cracking skin almost immediately. It also works well for massage, and that is one of my favorite uses for it. It is long lasting and I don't have to use a lot to get a good result.

The anti-aging facial oil is buttery smooth, and makes my skin feel soft and supple. All of the oils feel great going on, and I really wish I was better about using them. I seem to break out less when I use the oils regularly, even when I had the crazy pregnancy hormones going!

The lip balm is delicious. Don't worry, I wasn't eating it! I do have a bad habit of chewing on my lip when I'm nervous, and I go through lip balms like crazy. I felt a little better about ingesting this (because no matter how hard I try, even though you're not *supposed to*, I always do) because of the ingredients. It lasted a decent amount of time, and I really like the packaging. It fits very well in a pocket because it is semi-flat and doesn't jab into my leg when I sit down.

I have been using everything since around September, and I still have some left- and I received SAMPLE sizes! For the most part, I used the belly butter every day until the end of my pregnancy.

The thing about most beauty products that puts me off is the smell. I was a little worried that the smell of her products, but they smell awesome! It is not too heavy, and it isn't too concentrated. My mom is sensitive to scents, and she did fine with them. Kyle thought they smell really yummy too! They leave you smelling delicious, but it isn't overwhelming at all.

But would I buy it? YES! The scents, the feel, and how long it has all lasted me make me think this is a great deal. I would rather buy these than their commercial counterparts, and would do so in a heart beat. I think the price is quite reasonable, especially since the majority of ingredients sourced are organic.

**I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample for review purposes. The opinions are completely my own based on my own experience.**
